1. Raw Material Storage Silo
The silo stores dry building raw material powders including sand, cement, fly ash, slag, and calcium carbonate powder. MG standard silos are equipped with level regulators, air breaking devices, dust collectors, pressure safety valves, and complete assembly accessories. The air breaking device assists with air exhaust during material feeding, while the dust collector clears top-level dust. Level regulators detect maximum and minimum material levels to ensure timely refilling. Safety valves prevent easy material discharge, and materials discharge quickly when working with screw conveyors.
2. Bucket Elevator
This vertical lifting device reaches heights of 20-35m with high-efficiency lifting speed and large transport capacity. Bucket elevators are widely used for lifting various powder or granular materials. Available in belt type and chain type options, with chain bucket elevators capable of lifting heated materials and offering higher capacity and lifting height.
3. Automatic Weighing System
This automatic batching system significantly saves manpower and material resources. Equipped with three S-type sensors around the machine for precise measurements during operation. Input raw material weights according to formulations for high precision, reduced weighing errors, labor cost savings, and improved output.
4. Twin Shaft Agravic Paddle Mixer
Features high mixing speed, excellent uniformity, and low power consumption. Materials with significant differences in physical properties such as specific gravity, particle size, and shape do not easily segregate during mixing. Material discharge is pneumatically controlled, completing within 3-5 seconds.
5. Automatic Packing Machine
Utilizes computerized metering devices for accurate weighing, stable performance, and simple operation. Equipped with dust collection ports for environmentally friendly production. PLC-controlled for intelligent operation, compatible with bag belt conveyors and robot palletizers.
6. Pulse Dust Collector
Specifically designed for dry mortar machine dust collection, equipped with pulse solenoid valves for automatic dust removal. Compact structure with convenient maintenance, featuring large ash removal kinetic energy and high efficiency. Uses special fabric filter dust collection with excellent performance. Integrated fans, cloth cylinders, and filter assemblies simplify workflow processes.
